자주 묻는 질문

녹음은 어디에 저장되나요?

이 iPhone 안에만 저장돼요. BOXTAPE 서버는 없고, 녹음을 밖으로 보내지 않아요. 앱을 지우면 녹음도 함께 지워지니, 남기고 싶은 테이크는 먼저 내보내 주세요.

무료로 어디까지 쓸 수 있나요?

녹음, 원본 내보내기, 기본 프리셋 3개(CLEAN·MIC·WILDCARD)로 다듬고 내보내기는 횟수 제한 없이 무료예요. 모든 프리셋과 Pro로 만든 소리, 받은 프리셋도 들어보는 건 전부 무료예요.

언락하면 무엇이 달라지나요?

한 번 결제로 모든 프리셋과 Pro로 만든 소리 내보내기, 받은 프리셋으로 만든 소리 내보내기, 내 프리셋 저장·공유가 열려요. 구독이 아니에요.

다른 기기나 다시 설치한 뒤 언락을 되살리려면요?

같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 페이월이나 설정에서 [구매 복원]을 눌러 주세요.

환불은 어떻게 하나요?

결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. 설정의 구매 카드에서 환불 요청 화면을 열거나 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있어요.

「기본 처리만」은 무슨 뜻인가요?

EQ, 컴프, 리미터, 리버브만 녹음 전체에 똑같이 걸었다는 사실 표시예요. 트림과 페이드는 이 표시에 넣지 않아요. 어떤 대회나 행사의 규정을 통과했다는 뜻은 아니니, 제출 규칙은 그 대회 안내를 확인해 주세요.

프리셋은 어떻게 주고받나요?

내 프리셋을 파일, 코드, QR이 담긴 플라이어 이미지로 보낼 수 있어요. 받은 쪽은 파일을 열거나, 코드를 붙여넣거나, iPhone 기본 카메라로 QR을 비추면 BOXTAPE에서 바로 들어볼 수 있어요.

녹음 중 다른 앱 소리나 통화가 끼어들면요?

거기까지 녹음은 저장되고 테이크에 「중단됨」으로 표시돼요.

FAQ

Where are my recordings saved?

Only on this iPhone. There's no BOXTAPE server, and recordings never leave your device. Deleting the app deletes your recordings too, so export any take you want to keep first.

What's free?

Recording, exporting originals, and shaping and exporting with the 3 basic presets (CLEAN, MIC, WILDCARD) are free with no limit. Previewing every preset, your Pro sound and received presets is free too.

What does the unlock add?

One payment opens exporting with every preset and your Pro sound, exporting sounds made with received presets, and saving and sharing your own presets. It's not a subscription.

How do I get the unlock back on a new device or after reinstalling?

How do refunds work?

Apple handles payments and refunds. You can open the refund request sheet from the purchase card in Settings, or request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does "Basic chain only" mean?

It's a plain fact label: only EQ, compression, limiting and reverb were applied, the same way across the whole recording. Trim and fades don't count toward this label. It doesn't mean a take meets any competition's or event's rules, so please check their own guidelines.

How do I share presets?

You can send your preset as a file, a code or a flyer image with a QR code. The other person opens the file, pastes the code or points the iPhone Camera app at the QR, and BOXTAPE opens it for them to hear.

What if a call or another app interrupts a recording?

Everything up to that point is saved, and the take is marked "Interrupted".
